How do I cancel/reschedule a booking?
To cancel or reschedule you’re booking contact our customer service team. It's important for you to know that you can reschedule or cancel any booking for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. You can also permanently cancel your regular cleaning plan for free, subject to terms and conditions, with the same notice!
However, with that said, rescheduling or cancelling a booking with short notice (less than 24 hours) can cause us some issues. So, if you make a change to a booking within 48 hours, unfortunately you will be charged a small fee of £5, which will be deducted from your refund, unless you’re rescheduling, then we’ll send you an invoice.

Entry and parking instructions
If you’re somewhere that’s not easily accessible by transit, or we require a security code to enter your property, we’d appreciate it if you left us a little bit of information during the booking process on the additional information section, so we can notify your cleaner.
